AW/23 'skint' Couture
Fan Museum, London.
The Artois Magnus jeans were first debuted in London, Greenwich at the Fan Museum. This traditional salon style presentation was bathed in a sea of blue lapis as the cascading drapes of rich denim swayed in lulling the room into a divine mediation.

South East London Sartorialism
Through unfolding the dress code of my early child hood I discovered that both anonymity and ceremony were key aspects of how I communicated fashion. The sculptural drapes began to sprout from the seed of baggy sport-wear gathered by twisting drawstrings - nipped at the wearers lower waist.

A Delightful Accident
Drawing into the functionality of the tracksuit bottoms I progressed forward into ruching the denim fabric. While doing so I watched as the bellowing weight of the fabric hung rolling like the languorous curves of a wave at the ankle. I decide at this moment to cease my incessant investigation of the material right then and there and let it communicate itself. This is how the final silhouette choice came to be.
