Exchanges

To honour the craftsmanship and care behind every piece, we offer exchanges when the conditions below are met:

• Your exchange request is confirmed with us by email.
• The garment is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its pristine original packaging.
• A receipt and proof of purchase are provided.
• Proof of return shipment is supplied.

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved exchanges are processed within 7 working days.
